Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Parcels are sent as Signature Not Required. If you want to ensure a signature is required, you must add a Note to your order so we can specify this to our couriers.

If you live in a rural delivery area or on Waiheke Island, couriers cost a little more. Please select the correct courier option at checkout. Rural orders incur an additional fee which must be paid or your order will not be shipped; alternatively you can provide us with a non-rural address. If you want to check if your address is rural, please enter your address in this website: https://www.courierpost.co.nz/tools/address-checker/

 

​If you get a tick next to "rural" then it is a rural address.

Refund Policy

​

We make sure that all our ceramics are checked thoroughly and packaged with care but sometimes things break. Upon opening your order please be sure to check that there are no cracks or damage that has occurred in transit. We will replace ceramics that have been broken in transit.

If your items arrived damaged, please email hello.espottery.com within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the item broken and its original packaging. Due to its unique nature, we might be unable to replace with a similar piece. In this case, we will offer a store credit or refund to your original payment method.

 

Our ceramics pieces are made with love, so we hope you treat them well! Ceramics are durable but fragile - we recommend handwashing only to prevent accelerated wear and tear. 

 

Items will not be exchanged or refunded for change of mind.
